Our Senior Citizen Fitness and self-Defense program was designed to assist our seniors to stay balanced and mobile. Want to stay spry for that next birthday? We want to help! Our program will give a mix of challenging movement, balance drills and self-defense skills training. Always encouraging, our instructors get you moving whether you are seated or mobile. A whole body workout, moving limbs to keep flexibility and strength and challenging mental awareness to keep you sharp. A great way to make friends and see that everyday has something great to look forward to!
